A shared bus transfer is combined shared bus and minivan transfer. In a shared bus transfer, you travel with other passengers, who are going in the same direction. A 40 seater bus will take you to a drop-off point from where you continue you journey to your chosen resort by minivan. Bus airport transfers are still door-to-door but have one change of vehicle, multiple drop-offs.
An Alps2Alps representative will welcome you at your arrival airport and guide you to the bus departure location. As a guideline, the waiting time in the airport can be up to 2h max, in order to wait for fellow passengers arriving on different flights. Clients who arrive on very delayed flights get normally moved onto the next available shared transfer. We have regular bus transfers departing Geneva, Chambery, Lyon and Grenoble during peak periods.
Shared bus transfers are available to Moutiers (for Three Valleys), Bourg St Mourice (for Les Arcs, Val D'Isere, Tignes), Chamonix and Les Deux Alpes. On arrival minivan will be ready to take you to your chosen ski resort directly to your ski accommodation.
For the return transfer from the resort we provide a pick-up time window of 30 to 60 min. Pick-up time is typically 5 to 8 hours before departure of your flight. A minivan will take you to the drop-off point from where you continue you journey to your departure airport by bus.

Our bus transfer service is available for individuals and large groups. In the case of a large group going to the same resort, the bus will transfer the group directly to the chosen ski accommodation (no change of vehicle required).
During non-peak periods where bus transfers are not a viable option we upgrade you to a shared transfer at no extra cost (no change of vehicle required).
Our bus transfer service might collect clients from more than one airport on route. This largely depends on demand level on any given day.
