Lyon Airport

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport - LYS- uis the main airport in Lyon. the airport is named after the renowned Lyonnais aviation pioneer, Antoine de Saint Exupéry. Previously, it was called Lyon Satolas Airport, but was renamed in 2000. The airport is situated 20 km (13 miles) from Lyon city centre. The airport has been operating since 1975 and is well integrated with other public transport options. There is a train station underneath the airport, where you can catch the TGV and local trains to reach major towns in the French Rhone Alps region.
